Foot reflexology

  • Therapeutic Foot reflexology treatment | €60,00 | The total time for this treatment is max. 75 minutes. We start with a short intake, then about 50 minutes treatment and end with unwinding and a drink. When working on a specific health complaint I will make a treatment plan for (bi-) weekly treatments for about at least 5 treatments.

  • Therapeutic Foot reflexology treatment for labor induction | €60,00 | This massage combines a relaxing foot massage with specific acupressure points to get your body ready to go into labor. This treatment is only possible after your due date.

  • Treatment in the comfort of your own home | Add-on costs are €15,00 excl. parking costs for treatments in Amsterdam, Amstelveen, Aalsmeer, Badhoevedorp. For other locations please send an email to discuss.

Flower essences

Tailor-made flower essence bottle to take home after a treatment | €7,50

Tailor-made flower essence bottle without a treatment | €20,00

This includes a short phone call to discuss what’s needed and shipping the bottle to your home address.

Reiki

During my treatments some Reiki energy is always included. Optional the massage can be extended with a full Reiki treatment on request.

Important information

  • My practice is located in Amsteram: Stadionkade 103 -2, near the Olympic Stadium.

  • Please mind the practice is located on the 2nd floor which can be reached by stairs only. There is no waiting room so please make sure you arrive on the booked time slot.

  • As a member of CAT (Collectieve Alternatieve Therapeuten) your session might be covered by your health insurance if you have an extended health insurance package. Please check the website of CAT whether your health insurance covers the treatment. Only treatments that are focussed on specific health complaints are (partly) covered by the health insurance. Unfortunately a foot reflexology treatment for relaxation will not be covered.

  • As I am a member of ‘CAT Beroepsvereniging’ you can possibly claim part of the treatment with your health insurance. The following insurance companies are covered: Zilveren Kruis, Avero Achmea, FBTO, OZF, De Friesland Zorgverzekeraar, CZ, OHRA, CZdirect, Nationale Nederlande zorg, Menzis, PMA, Anderzorg, de drie Zorgkantoren Groningen, Twente en Arnhem, Menzis Zorgaanbod, ONVZ

  • Please make sure to wear comfortable clothing. As I also massage your lower legs loose clothing that can be rolled up to the knee comes in handy.

  • Please bring a big towel for the treatment.

  • Appointments can be modified or cancelled up to 24 hours before our appointment. In case of late cancellation the treatment will be charged.

  • You can easily reach my practice by tram 24, by train or subway to train station ‘Amsterdam Zuid’ or by car. There is plenty of (paid) parking space in front of my practice.
